Refinance from a Bank Malaysia
Recently I went to a bank to refinance my old house. As most people know the BLR now is very low, only 5.5 %. The finance for my old house in Seremban is BLR + 1.5 % which is about 10 years ago during the boom time. So if your house is bought about 9-10 years ago, it is advised to refinance the house/ moving the financial loan to a lower rate offer by other bank.

Elizabeth wong resign ?
The latest news say she will resign to avoid further nude pictures distribute that affect the election on Kedah and Perak. This is sad for a female politician and for the democracy in Malaysia. In future if you want to force a politician to resign, just need to take the photo of his bathing, pissing, making love etc..

Google display "This site may harm your computer" for all search result ?
Just now (31-Jan-09 , Malaysia time 11.00pm) , i was quite shocked when I search my website and it appear like this :
Then when I search for other website such as Yahoo, it displays like this :
Then I type "google.com" in the search field, interestingly, it appears "This site may harm your computer" too
Then I type other keywords, it seems all search result are displaying "this site may harm your computer" . I messaging my friend in USA and UK, they said the result display the words "This site may harm your computer" too. Seems this bug affect accross Google data centres in whole world.
However, after 20 minutes , the above error is fixed and turn back to normal search result.
Anyone got any idea what happen to Google ?

Daily visitor reach 10k. So?
For the first time one of my website (not this blog) reach 10,000 unique visitors per day on last Tuesday (9th Dec 2008). It is double up from my last post here, and my daily average unique visitors reach 5,500 now.
For a website that just got only 3 webapges, it is considered good enough to have so many visitors per day. However, the revenue from the ads is not increase much. From the business point of view, no matter how many visitors visit the website, if the website is not generating income, it is a fail website. Maybe it got fame, but not profit.
I prefer profit rather than fame.
浏览人次破１万，So ?
我其中一个网站 （非本站）在星期二时 (9th Dec 2008). 破了记录， 达到了浏览人次 10,000 ／天．这比我上次写时增加了一倍．而我现在每天的平均浏览人次也已经达到 5,500 ／天.
对一个只有三页的网站来说，该浏览人数算是不错．无论如何， 其在广告收益方面没有太大的增加．以商言商， 如果一个网站没有相对的收入，无论浏览人次有多少， 那也是一个失败的网站， 充其量只是自爽， 或许该网站有一些名声， 但是没有利益.
我情愿要利益不要名声．
